Retention of Personal Data
We only retain the Personal Data collected from you for as long as your account with Us is active or otherwise for a limited period for as long as necessary for Us to fulfill the purposes for which We have collected it unless otherwise required by law. With regard to closed accounts, our retention policy is to keep backups of the contents of all closed or deleted accounts for up to six (6) months following the date of closure or deletion of such accounts. With regard to billing, all billing information is retained for a period of seven (7) years from the billing date.
The Company may also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Services.
