Carrie has been teaching yoga since early 2017. Initially trained in Ashtanga yoga, her style of teaching incorporates gentle flow-like movement, focusing on self-discovery, connection to the breath and body, and respect for the present moment.
Carrie also specializes in Yoga for Flexibility, utilizing the Science of Stretching principles to help students increase flexibility and return to their natural and optimal range of motion.
Classes and lessons are welcome to all levels of yogis, offering a variety of modifications, while encouraging participants to respect and honour their body, mind, and soul.
